CPU Benchmark score below expectations...CPU seems to be underperforming in general I think

Bought the P03-630 with the Intel I7 11700F and RTX 3070. Made a post on reddit asking for some help but wanted to ask here as you guys have been very helpful with XMP questions.

So I have a new pc, originally my CPU score on UserBench was low because I figured it was my stock CPU cooler. So I bought a Noctua NH-U9S and I brought my temps down by around 20C. Temperature's are not really the issue anymore. Yet I have barely gained any score on UserBench from my previous CPU score. It says I am below expectations and I have no idea really why, I am at a loss. Do I have some setting I need to change? Is it limiting my CPU performance?

I did install new RAM from 16GB to 32 GB. Found out my **** MOBO on my **** pre-built doesn't support XMP so my Corsair Dominator 3666mhz I bought sits at a default 2133mhz. Would that affect my CPU score or just the RAM score? The PC came with a 16GB of 3200MHZ but it's default clock is 3200MHZ, doesn't go any lower. Would I be better off with that even being 16GB less? Not sure what to do about my CPU's performance. Any help would be appreciated.

I know UserBench is not the best but it still shows my score much lower than averages. Not sure if it's the RAM issue or something else.

i get the same results every time it says everything in my pc is performing below average in every category and i dont know why..i always run it with everything disabled using omen gaming hub....it has ways to disable and re-enable things for gaming and testing and it doesn't matter..so either that test is terrible or our bios being locked down is why it gets bad scores using just that test

The 2133 you are running your ram at affects everything and having half at 2133 and half at 3200 just means it will all be at 2133. Go back to the stock ram, return the XMP for a refund and install the correct memory if you need more than the 16GB. To see if you need more than 16GB look in Task Manager with a decent game running to see what amount of memory you are using. If you are using more than, say, 2/3 of the total plan on upgrading to more. If you are instead at 1/3 total then more memory won't be affecting the speed all that much. Things slow down any time the system starts swapping memory blocks out...

billsey the one thing i have noticed since being here is everyone who puts in corsair memory no matter ddr 4 or ddr 5 has issues with acer predator desktops kinda odd isnt it...i bought crucial and mixed it with the stock memory and i have no issues at all

I believe it's due to the way vendors advertise the Corsair memory, they are typically using a cut'n'paste form Corsair themselves, and that tends to hide the XMP stuff in the small print...
