After my laptop was completely messed up and unusuable, I bought an E-Recovery from the Acer store and restored it back to factory settings.
As I don't know much about undervolting, other than the Helios 300 comes undervolted out of the box, I have some questions:
Is it possible the factory reset removed the undervolt value shipped with my laptop?
I read here
https://www.reddit.com/r/intel/comments/gzs0yx/intel_xtu_removed_helios_300_factory_undervolt/
that someone lost their default undervolt settings.
Also, someone replies saying after updating the BIOS to a later version, Acer had removed the undervolt setting and the ability to undervolt manually.
So, as I factory reset my laptop(and also reset it via Reset This PC), will it still be undervolted like when I first bought it?
P.S. My Windows version after the reset is 1909. Also, I never mess with anything BIOS related, so wouldn't have updated it.
