I just recently factory resetted and have to install a bunch of drivers, should I download them from acer page ( all of them are from mid 2021 and just confusing for me to decide which one to install ) or use windows update instead

If you have installed the operating system through a usb ( downloaded operating system from microsoft site ) then you have to install all the drivers by going to acer site

    Go to support.acer.com

    chose your country

type snid or chose your model

    go to drivers

    Install all the drivers.

Before installing the touchpad drivers , please install the i/o drivers first

Install the chipset, sound, video, lan drivers...

After installing all the drivers then you can run the windows update.

If you have installed the operating system without using any flash drives ( just by alt + f10 , alt gr + f10 or internal recovery using keep my files, remove everything ) then all the drivers will be installed automatically. Just perform the windows update.

If you have installed the operating system using Acer recovery media which you got it from Acer then no need to install the drivers. Just perform the windows update.
