I was running into a blue screen issue and my PC wouldn't even reset, so ACER support asked me to send my A515-45-R3SU in for repair. The issue is that I really want to get this laptop operational by tomorrow. I used my own installation media to get a fresh install of windows 10 on the PC, but there's just one issue. The network adapter isn't there. It doesn't show up in control panel or device manager. Is there some sort of proprietary driver I need? Or, given that an external media reset worked, could ACER support just send me an ISO of the laptop's factory OS? I know they probably want me to send it in because they don't expect customers to be able to etch and install an ISO with external media, but I'd be fine with doing so. I would really like to not have to replace the Wi-Fi card because I don't own a soldering iron.
