integrated gpu always being used more than discrete gpu no matter what I dopredator helios 300

I have an acer predator helios 300 with:

NVIDIA 3060

Intel i7-11800h

16gb ram 3200 Mhz

but its running games way worse than it should.

For example, in the shooting range of paladins (yes) I am dropping to 130 fps despite the fact that I shouldn't be dropping anywhere near that amount compared to my friends with WEAKER HARDWARE.

In team fortress 2 as well, im dropping to 80 fps despite that game being 12 years old and having plenty strong hardware to keep above 144.

For things I have tried:

gone to graphics settings on windows settings and changing applications to force discrete gpu

gone into nvidia control panel and changed it to prefer maximum performance and to use dedicated gpu

checked predatorsense for a MUX switch and running on turbo mode.

please help

also I changed battery to high performance and I'm plugged in.

Install the GeForce Experience NVidia software and use their settings within that for your games, as the NVidia game settings works 100% for all games that are included. Also, switchable graphics that are supposed to kick in the card when the graphics load increases there are ways to change them for the dedicated gpu to work only, yes I know that you have done some of them but, check the settings and make sure that you have done these settings properly, see possible fixes from the links below which you should follow exactly as you must have done something wrong,

If the below methods don't work, then try to completely uninstall both Intel and NVidia graphics drivers then reinstall and install the latest drivers and also the GeForce Experience NVidia software, as that works for me without any problems on my Nitro AN515-56 with an RTX-3060 with 16GB (2x 8GB DDR$-3200Mhz) dual channel ram which is the best for gaming. I'm running Win-11 Home 22H2 OS build 22621.521 latest version (just released by MS) and all Windows Updates and Intel drivers are up to date.
