Best laptop dock for Nitro5 AN515-45

I got my wife a new laptop, the Nitro5 AN515-45. She needs to use the laptop for work as well, so a dock is important...but it seems this model specifically doesn't support video out over USB-C?

Is that accurate? If so - why? Acer says it is a USB-C 3.2 port, and video out over USB-C should only requires USB 3.1....so it should be high enough. I saw a comment about it being related to AMD chipsets...but I'm not sure how a chipset would affect an I/O port.

The specs also say the laptop supports Thunderbolt 4...which definitely should support video out. Would a (much more expensive) thunderbolt hub solve this problem without having to change the laptop?

Or if this is critical for my wife - what other Nitro Models should I look at to return this one and replace it with? We managed to get this on a 30% off sale on Amazon during the back to school sales, I'm unsure if the same deals are on.

What is the full Nitro 5 model number? For example, AN515-45-R92M?
