Stuck on boot screen, tried everything. HELP!? A315-41

This is an Acer aspire 3, I've tried the "3 cycle on/off" - that does nothing.

I've tried resetting BIOS settings, nothing saves properly, and yes I am doing it correctly and have followed step by step instructions - BIOS settings have done absolutely nothing.

Normal F key tricks like alt+f12 to bring up any other boot page etc. do NOT work.

Battery pinhole reset literally does nothing as well.

I can't find any actual info on this specific model:N17C4 Aspire 3 A315-41 series whatsoever and Acer customer support is the biggest joke I've ever encountered. Please help. This computer is my only source of entertainment and simply buying a new one is so far out of the question that it's not in the slightest bit funny.

You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

How Factory Reset Your PC using Acer Reset key

1. Press the Power key for 5 seconds to power off Acer computer completely. Then restart the computer and press Alt + F10 when its logo shows up.
2. Select Troubleshoot > Reset your PC.
3. Click Next, then select Just remove my files.
4. Press Reset to begin the recovery.

NOTE: You will loose all the data during the reset.
