My Nitro 5 will not turn on after dying

Yes, I have my charger in the full way. My computer turned off and will not even show a low power screen when I press the power button. The light marked with what I think is a lightbulb on the very top of the keyboard under the screen will flash blue 5 times when I press the power button. When I plug it in nothing happens, and I have tried multiple outlets in different buildings and rooms. Anything I can do to fix this?

Check charger's plug voltage output between center hole contact and outer barrel with a multimeter. Should be about 19volts DC.

    Hi @JT48373

You can try to disconnect the laptop from the charger. Then you can try to press and hold down the power button for 30 secs. After that you can try to connect the laptop back to the charger and then you can try to turn it on.

Hope it will help you in some way.
