Hi once more everybody!

Sad to say I bumped into a new problem with my nitro 5. I've started installing drivers on the device, and I have issues wrapping it up.

As I am a tech newbie I couldn't install the drivers myself, so I first tried snappy driver origin - it installed most drivers but not all. The most important one - the RTX 3060 driver - is not installed. I have an issue where my RTX 3060 is missing. It's not under any tab in the device manager, not even with hidden devices enabled. I also have 3 'unknown devices' that I cannot install drivers for. From the an515-57 drivers tab I downloaded the rtx 3060 drivers and tried installing them on all of the unknown devices - no luck.

Geforce Experience app couldn't install the driver.

Downloading the exact .exe driver from nVidia for the laptop rtx3060 yielded no results. It states the driver is incompatible and that I require a 'standard' type of driver, but when I select 'standard' as the option in the nvidia drivers drop down menu in stead of the game ready driver, there are exactly 0 results.

The RTX 3060 is not detected by anything. SDIO, Driver fix, driverbooster and other freeware couldn't detect that I have the rtx3060. Neither can windows.

I installed DDU and uninstalled all nvidia drivers then tried again, no luck.

If it's at all relatable, nitrosense doesn't work when installed (won't open, won't show the app icon) and the nvidia control panel inside the microsoft store is unreachable. It just times out and won't show the download page.

I am running the latest update of Windows 10 pro.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!

    Final update:

When I bought windows 10 and installed it, I went to 'check for updates' and updated everything. Despite this, the build remained 10240. So I went to the microsoft windows 10 download page and it detected I can update to a newer build. Updated windows fully and now everything can be installed normally. This resolved the issue. Hope my experience helps someone! :)

I've also tried connecting a different HDMI monitor to the HDMI port since it's the GPU's port, and then tried to scan for hardware changes and update drivers, to no avail.

Update: The following drivers have issues with them (the warning exclamation point):

Bluetooth: Intel(R) WIreless Bluetooth(R). Couldn't get this one to update, downloaded the correct driver from acer's dedicated an515-57 page, but when I select it device manager states it's up to date and properly installed, despite having a warning icon and me not having the option to turn on bluetooth at all.

Display adapters: I have two "Microsoft basic display adapters', one of which has a warning icon. Attempted to install the nvidia vga and nvidia rtx 3060 driver onto that one, no success.

    NEtwork adapters: Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i 160Mhz Wireless Network Adapter (201NGW) , wifi on the laptop doesn't work.

Software devices: NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework has a warning icon on it.

Last but not least - Other devices: PCI Simple Communications Controller has a warning, and there are three unknown devices. Couldn't get any of them to work.

All other drivers seem to be working fine. For what it's worth, the only option i have inside of network options is airplane mode. Wifi and BT are missing alongside any other option that the laptop might have but I am unaware of.

    Thanks kindly!
