so i was playing some games and in between of the game the screen went black

i saw the lights in the side and it went to sleep mode and i tried to open it it didnt worked i closed the the screen and then i open it turned back on and it happened again plz i need helpand i have acer nitro 5 an 515 54

Hi @Ahmed_Ali

You can disconnect the charger. Try to press and hold down the power button for 30 secs. Then you can connect it back to the charger and try to turn it on.
