So i have Acer G9-793, my GPU Fan Speed always stays on 0 RPM on idle or playing games, so when im playing games such as Apex or Dota, the fan speed stays on 0 RPM whether its on max fan speed mode or not, i've tried cleaning my fan, updated my GPU driver, nothing seems work. So when im playing games, my temperature is above 80°C, but sometimes the fan speed goes up to 3k RPM but only for about 10 seconds in idle when i'm not opening any games or apps and it goes back to 0 RPM again, anyone here know how to fix this problem?

here is my specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

RAM: Kingston 8192 MB (DDR4-2400)

You mean wire that connect fan to motherboard? or other wire connections, because i've tried re-plug the wire that connect fan to motherboard when i'm cleaning the fan, and its still not working, but i dont know about other wire connections, if thats the case, i should go to an expert to do the check up, and also did u fixed this problem?
