PC crashes to Blue Screen

On July 28th, I went to Turkey.

For 2 months, I haven’t touched my PC.

When I came back, I started playing games such as Valorant, Fall Guys and Roblox.

One day I was playing Roblox and I accidentally hit my PC because a mosquito annoying me (I missed the mosquito).

When I hit my PC, my screen froze and my audio was making a buzzing sound.

Today my PC crashed again… (I didn’t do anything bad to it)

I’ve tried restarting my PC, cleaning the dust off of it with a hairdryer, deleting 100 GB of clips I have in my storage, updating my drivers, EVEN upgrading to Windows 11. It does NOT stop!

That’s why I need some help.

To anyone on this forum, please help me fix this situation and try answering asap…

GPU: GTX 1660 Super

CPU: Intel I5 9th Gen

RAM: 16 GB

the easiest way to fix any or all pc problems is a full factory reset

Take a picture of the BSOD so we can see what kind of crash it is... And tell us the full model number. Since you are posting in the Predator Desktops section my guess is the number will be something like POx-xxx-xxxx.
