Spin 714 Enterprise availability

Is it possible for an individual to purchase the Spin 714 Enterprise edition without being an actual Enterprise? If so, where?

I'm not positive, but I believe those models are only available through the Enterprise channel. You would have to find a vendor in that channel that will sell them one at a time.
