Hello, ever since i visited my grandmother and yes I brought my laptop in my bag and I wasn't cycling rough and violent, just calm. I then got back home after some hours and I had opened my laptop and started it and then the screen issue started? I have accidentally did jump as there was some curbs.

Anyway I could fix it as it looks like it's twokeycaps inside my screen

    Hello!!

    @Zexus,

    When you see closer to the screen, does it look like ink clots? If so.. then that is internal screen damage. You need to contact Acer Technical Support in your region to look for repair options.

    Regards,

    Hi @Balatekie Yes it looks like ink slots or keycaps. I forgot to tell you that when I was on my bike and on my way back home, I had jumped with the bike with my laptop in my bag.

  • When you run your finger over those white dots, do you notice any bumps or scratches on the screen?
