Blues screen error PREDATOR HELIOS 300 model PH315-53

Hello!

since some months ago ive been experiencing this error everytime i start my predator,

different errors are reported.

i just got KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (win32kfull.sys)

if someone has solved this issue i appreciate your help!

also, do you have any tool that can be used to check the drivers?

You can use the drivers from Acer support site:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/8376?b=1

The drivers from here are more suitable for your model.

Are you using insider preview build? If so, try updating to build 22000.918

You can also run system file checker(sfc /scannow at least 3 times)

theres is no specified drivers for Win11....could be a problem?

Hi,

No problem, they haven't released any drivers for Windows 11 but Windows 10 drivers work without any issues, as for the OS build, go to Settings, click Windows Update at the bottom of left pane, click Check for Updates in the right pane, if there's any new drivers available they will be installed.

i got this and is not updating.

also after many attempts sfc/scannow found some issues

OK, sfc /scannow is fine, have you clicked the "Download now" button?

Yes! But it's just staying like this.

You could give the methods in this video a try, hopefully one of the first 4 methods should fix the issue for you, please try the methods one by one, you don't have to do all of them, once you have done one method, check whether the update is working, if the first method do not help try the second method and so on.

it worked with the second step!

i havent gotten the bluescreen yet...hope its fixed!!!

i already updated the drivers...should i also do it to the BIOS?

also do you know any tips/recommendations.. i can use to get the best out of my pc?

You are welcome 😀 I would suggest you leave the BIOS as it is, if you don't have any issues no point in updating BIOS, it will not improve the system performance.
