Dear Community,

I have a Swift 3 laptop, processor AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics, 2.00 GHz. I started having issues with my computer after updating to Windows 11, it got slower, then it stopped updating drivers so I had several display issues, videos were not running or the audio was running at a different speed. I downloaded AMD's Adrenalin Edition which helped with updates but still did not update automatically so I had to download a newer version every 2-3 weeks to fix it.

I took it to a tech shop and they advised me to go back to Windows 10, so I basically reseted my laptop but just yesterday display issues appeared again. Now I really have no clue on how to proceed. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

    1. Did you reset it from the hidden Acer OEM Win10 factory recovery partition using the ALT+F10 cold boot method?
    2. Press WIN+R. Enter 'msinfo32'. Please post screenshot of result
    3. Open Device Manager. Please post screenshot of result upon initial opening. Do not expand any folders.
