Acer Spin SP513-54N issue with stylus

I know I'm very late to the party, but I hope someone can help.

I have an Acer Spin SP513-54N and use a Bamboo Stylus Pen from Wacom with it. Most of the time it works fine, but every time I use it it randomly stops working for 20 seconds, or stops working for a couple of seconds, but multiple times in a row. Sometimes it works for half an hour straight without any problem at all.

Whenever that happens the pen that is included in the Laptop works without any issues whatsoever.

However, the pen that came with the laptop is rather thin and for drawing and taking notes for college I want a stylus that is more comfortable to hold. Those interruptions are very annoying.

According to the Acer Website, the Acer Stylus Pen ASA630 is compatible with my Spin.

My question now is if getting the Acer Pen would solve the issue, or if maybe the problem is with my laptop or maybe there isn't anything I can actually do.

The Acer pen will be the same size and shape as the pen that came with it...
