Monitor SA220QAbi no 75Hz

I just bought this SA220QAbi monitor and get only 60Hz instead of 75Hz (on Windows 7 and Windows 10). Could this be because of my old video card which is Nvidia geforce 9800 gt? or maybe my hdmi cable is not 1.4v? This is written on the cable: cable with ethernet e321484 style 20276.

Please help.

Yes, very likely due to the card. That chipset maxes out at FHD 60Hz IIRC.

Thanks. Could you also tell me about my cable?! I couldn't find what version it is. Will this monitor work if I buy hdmi cable version 2.0 or 2.1?

You can use any HDMI cable that support at least the resolution your card can output, so version 1.0 or newer will work with your card/monitor combination. IIRC your monitor supports HDMI 1.4, not 2.0 or 2.1, though those cables will be fine.
