I register my laptop online as instructed however there's some pending requirements and so I did send it back. It's been a month since I bought the laptop and I've been sending follow-ups since yet still haven't got any feedback. Where do I need to email or ask about this?

Go to this link. Choose country where laptop was purchased. Click support button at top of country page. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID). Then either use the chatline, phone or email address provided to inquire about the status of your warranty repair.
