Helios 300 g3-571 sometimes shutdown when i unplug it from the charger

sometimes my laptop turns off when i unplug it from the charger and if i replug it yellow led starts blinking , i checked battery status in acer care center and it says it's good , what can be the issue ?

(1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.

(2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.

(3) Click run as administrator.

(4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.

(5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.

(6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.

(7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Looks like battery has lost about a third of it's original design capacity. This is normal wear for a 2-3 year old battery. Thus if the charger is unplugged while under a gaming or browsing load, and battery is only about 10-20% charge level, it's possible the machine will shut down quickly to avoid battery damage. I suggest that you try not to unplug the charger under load when battery charge level drops below about 20-30%.
