Hi. My Acer Aspire 5750 with Windows 7 Home Premium keeps failing to boot after doing a driver update. I just get the message “A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer” and then it goes into startup repair. I have tried every option on startup repair and have left it running for 5 days and it hasn’t done nothing. It won’t boot into safe mode either. Whenever I attempt to boot into safe mode I just get the same error message. I have also tried making a recovery disk and when every I try to boot into it I just get a message “remove usb and media. Press any key to restart”. Does anyone know how to fix this as I don’t know what else to do.

Press and hold power button to turn machine off. Then turn it on and immediately tap the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Please post a phone photo of the BIOS INFORMATION tab if possible.
