Is there any way I could fix my monitor after a short circuit? KA242Y.

My monitor is an LCD Monitor KA242Y. The monitor has stopped working since an outlet in my house short circuited. Sometimes when I turn it on, it shows a white screen, then a completely black screen, and a white screen again. Other times, I turn it on, and it alternates between a completely black screen and a lighter black screen. The LED inside of the monitor (located directly behind the power on/off button) will always turn blue when I turn the monitor on. Can you either list possible issues, or tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Was the monitor plug into the exact same outlet?

If yes, what else was plugged into the exact same outlet?

The short circuit must have damaged the internal power stage main board and circuitries and components on your motherboard, which a user like you and unless you have the tools and experience with electronics you cant fix, be warned as you can do more damage than fix these problems! You need to take your monitor to an experienced tech who can fix your monitor if its worth fixing? Below is a flowchart in respect to the power troubleshooter for your monitor.
