Per reading forums and posts regarding my unit model, the cpu should be undervolted by -0.125mV. but my voltage offset is only at 0. my cpu temps stay at 92c under heavy gaming.

quick specs: i5-10300h, rtx 3060, bios version 2.04

Does Throttlestop undervolting work for you? Also check if there was any BIOS update that modified the undervolts maybe.

No. It doesn't. I think undervolting is locked for 10th gen intel.

Try looking up in Reddit if the BIOS can be uncloked for undervolting.

Is it safe to just rollback to version 2.02

I don't think reverting back is good unless there's enough evidence of it being harmless.
