Hello,

I just bought a new Swift SFX14-41G.

After awakening from sleep mode (only) the wifi of the laptop does not work anymore (see attached screenshot). Sometimes Edge opens randomly. And approximately three minutes after that I get a bluescreen error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

I checked a lot of help guides on the internet and tested a lot of changes in settings already (Power settings, uninstall programs including Anti-Virus ...etc.) and rolled the driver versions (including the network adapter) back and forth but it did not help.

Current driver version is 3.0.1.1300.

Do you have any suggestion for me?

Thanks in advance.

That actually sounds more like a hardware issue than drivers. If it's been a short enough time since purchase just swap it with the vendor, else contact Acer support and start a warranty repair ticket. Likely either the WiFi/Bluetooth card has an issue or there's a motherboard problem with that M.2 slot.
