Registration doesn't work

Trying to register my new Acer Nitro 5, system tells me it already is registered and to check "my products". When I go to my products there is nothing listed. Whats up??

    Go to this link. Choose country where purchased. Click support link at top of country page. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID). Use the chatline, phone or email address provided. Ask the same question. It's possible the seller/vendor already registered it for you.
