huge frame drop. acer nitro 5 AN515-57

so my computer have been running games perfectly smoove! ultra graphics.. everything and i haven't had one problem yet until i loaded up one of my games and my frames dropped and i just constantly had low frames i tried everything but the only way my frames would be back to normal is when i unistiall my graphics card and install it again BUT like a day later my frames would just drop again unless i unistiall my graphics card and install it again PLEASE HELP.

There are three main causes of "Frame Rate Drops" and disruptions when playing games, :read up on it and take the appropriate solutions below

Fixing Thermal Throttling
