Having broken keys and out of warranty, how can I get my keyboard fixed or replaced?

A simple request and hopefully will get a useful answer soon Smiley Happy

Clearly it will cost me Smiley Sad, worse yet, I live in Santiago, Chile, but do not speak Spanish -- although my partner does Smiley Happy

Here is hoping!

Thanks,

David Green

It seems a small USB keyboard works out of the box, even through the BIOS so, as long as my wife does not mind, that could be the answer, but I shall pass on your advice.

    Thanks.

    Mrs. Jean Monsour,

Have you checked the Acer Accessory store?

¡Hola DeGringo! My wife and I are Americans who are happily retired in Mexico. Buying a keyboard is probably your best option. Finding a good computer shop that can fix the keys is another good option.
