This started somewhat recently, maybe a week or two ago can't really remember, but one day when I came back from school and I took my laptop out and left it for a while later I went to go to play some homework then play some games and the fans were louder than normal. I was kind of worried but figured it was just something from earlier in the day or maybe a windows update. After that night I noticed they didn't quiet down the next day. So, I thought it just might take a couple days to do that as that has happened before. It has been a week or two like I said and the fans are still louder than they have always been. And show no signs of getting quieter. I opened it up and cleaned them out with air and there is no dust in the fan area as far as I can tell. Don't really want to have to try and replace the cooling assembly so if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

Search Windows start menu 'power plan'. Click 'edit power plan' near top of menu. Click 'change advanced power settings'. Expand processor power management folder. Click maximum processor state. Try reducing by 10% on battery and plugged in. If still to loud. Try reducing another 10%. Here's a video of the method.
