My Swift SF314-42 screen does not wake up from sleep mode

When I wake up my PC from sleep mode the screen is still black while the hard disk, keyboard lights, fan, etc. are working and it takes around a minute to fully response. The thing is when it response, computer starts from the beginning(just like when you open a shut down pc).So currently putting my laptop to sleep is just like making it shut down but my hard disk, keyboard lights, fan, etc. are working.

I tried different power option setting but none of that is helping.

Hi! I had the same issue with same model. It was a problem with BIOS. Acer fixed it, so all you have to do is to update BIOS to latest. You can get latest BIOS Acer support page:
