Hey!
So my dad brought this laptop that I he only used for office purposes and occasionally I gamed on it , but out of no where the laptop became extremely slow and was just un operable. The laptop would take 30mins to start and finnaly Arive at the home screen. It sat in my drawer for 2 years gathering dust untill I got it out and tried to repair it to find a way to study for my upcoming semester. I tried everyway to uninstall windows to be able to re-install it and be able to make it somewhat operable. I tried the popular method of "reset this PC" it couldn't be done.
Then I used the command prop and typed in different commands, that failed too. I even tried every single advanced option and now whenever I turn on my laptop, it goes straight into repair mode and I'm not able to do anything else on it, can someone please help me in this problem, I would really appreciate it.

What is the exact model name? At first, try to disable automatic repair. Then create a bootable USB stick with Windows Media Creation Tool and make a clean install of windows.

The model on the back of the laptop is E5-573-C11X, I belive it has an Intel Celeron but I don't know if it has a graphics card. Thank you for the advice though, I'll try that right now!

     update.
I tried to do both of them but none of them worked, the first one where I had to disable auto repair was not possible because I didn't have that as an option, my display just shows the Acer logo and under it says diagnosing your PC, after which it takes me to the blue screen where it says "automatic repair PC didn't start correctly" and gives me 2 options "restart" or "advanced options". As for the other method, I tried it, changed the boot system, attached a USB with windows in it, used the advanced options again to boot the CPU using USB, but the message I got was " System does not have USB boot option. Please select other boot option in boot manager menu." And that was it, please if you have any more ways I can try I'd love to hear, thanks again.

Some other ways to try out.
If the USB stick does not work, try another one.
Follow these steps to fix: "System does not have USB boot option. Please select other boot option in boot manager menu".

If that doesn't help, download the windows iso file, create a bootable usb with rufus and follow these instructions.
For using rufus, don't forget to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS.

    Have you checked the temperatures?

I physically checked for temperatures and it seemed normal, but is there a way I can find the temperature through the display?
