Why all Acer Chromebooks facing Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Z problem?

Hello,

Since a few months, my Ctrl+z didn't work but I dealt with it. But now, I just can't copy/paste anything, it's messed up. I tried to reinitialize to default and restart but I still have the problem. I tried switching keyboard languages but nothing. I'm kind of desperate because using my Chromebook is now pointless if I cannot copy/paste or undo since I only bought this computer to write.

What these controls do right now:
Ctrl+z swaps tabs in chrome browser
Ctrl+c refreshes tab in chrome browser
Ctrl+v opens new tab in chrome browser (exactly like Ctrl+t so what's the point?)

What I want them to do:
Ctrl+z undo
Ctrl+c copy
Ctrl+v paste

Ctrl+a works fine, so it's only these controls. I've seen multiple chrome updates, hope they didn't mess anything seriously.

I've searched and apparently, we cannot change shortcuts so how's that even possible?
I've no extension installed but the ones that came with the computer when I bought it in a retail store.
