Hi, my laptop, Aspire A315-42, screen went all green, but its still kinda readable, it happened randomly, now it stays that way even i restarted the laptop
I suspect that the screen may be faulty and need to be replaced, you can buy the panel online, I have compared two compatible panels, one is TN panel and the other is IPS panel, I personally prefer IPS panel but you may prefer a TN panel. https://www.panelook.com/modelcompare.php?ids=35988,26390
Hi, Could you please connect the laptop to an external monitor/TV and see whether the pictures are better in the external monitor, have you tried reinstalling the drivers for display adapter? If not, go to Device manager and uninstall the driver for the graphics card, reboot and let Windows install the driver, you could also try reseating the display cable but if you are within the warranty period don't try this.
