Your AN515-55 N20C1 which is a fairly new laptop, its hinge(s) should not break unless you have opened it and forced it in some way for the hinge to break or the plastic material was inferior from when new but, this is a common problem as the plastics and metal that the actual hinge is made of and its setups in a laptop can break due to the tremendous forces of opening and closing of the top lid hence why they break.
