Fan control Swift SFX14-41G

Hello,
I just bought an Acer Swift SFX14-41G, and having changed from a predator series laptop, I really miss the fan speed control. I know there's the 3 mode option (Fn+F), but - although it works - it doesn't really do much.
I tried HWMonitor and SpeedFan, but they don't detect the fans. The BIOS is also very restricted (which I'm guessing is blocking the softwares too). Is there any way to fix this, and/or other ways to control fan speed? (Specifically, to turn it off momentarily? I'm fine working with a warmer laptop, sometimes I just need the silence...).

The Swift models aren't really designed as gaming laptops, so they don't give the granularity of control that the Predators have. You only get the different modes...
