Brand new Acer Nitro 5 won't turn on or charge.

Bought an Acer Nitro 5 and it arrived about 20 minutes ago. Tried to turn it on but it didn't work, pressed alt + f10 and it still didn't work. It won't charge when I plug it in. There is also no battery reset pinhole on the back; the model is N20C1.
I've tried almost everything and nothing seems to work.

    Acer Nitro systems, that have the AC adapter connection on the back of the computer, use an improved AC adapter connection that helps secure the AC adapter. The adapter may feel like it is fully inserted, but requires a secondary push to fully seat the connection. You should hear a slight click when the AC adapter is fully inserted. Once the adapter is connected, make sure you orient it horizontally so it does not interfere with tilting this display as shown in the image below.



    If you have a multimeter, you can check the voltage between the 2 pins of the adapter plug. It should be around 19 V.
