Does the battery need to be unplugged before installing new memory on the PH315-53?

    Hi,
    If you can install the modules without touching any internal components, you don't have to disconnect the battery, it's always safer to disconnect the battery when you work on the motherboard after removing the back cover and use an anti-static wrist band to avoid any static charge damaging the motherboard.
