Please tell us which Swift 3 model you have, there have been hundreds of different ones over the years. It should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx and likely the number is on the same sticker as your SN and SNID. You can try to uninstall the driver and reboot to force a reinstallation, or install the original version from Acer's support site to replace the newer driver that is likely there now.
