Acer Travelmate P215-53 - Cannot activate AHCI in BIOS! Not a CTRL-S Issue!!!

Hello on the Acer Travelmate P215-53 which has the InsydeH20 Setup Utility as the BIOS, I have read all the forums and I have NO option to turn off INTEL RST and activate AHCI mode.  I have highlighted MAIN and hit CTRL-S and some new options appear but NOT the ability to turn on AHCI!!  We are an IT department, and we have never had this issue before with any other mahcine. We like to Image from bare Metal, but the system will not boot unless in AHCI mode.  I did inject the driver, for Intel RST however the boot device is inaccessible still, I need to be able to switch to AHCI...its rediculous that this option is not easily accessable in the BIOS.  Any suggesitons to activate this, besides CTRL-S....Remember, we are imaging from bare metal, so, AHCI would be the best option.

Never mind.  I got it.  The equivalent in this model, is to DISABLE the VMD controller.  This will put the NVMe drive into AHCI mode, and use the standard windows NVMe drivers.  Awesome.

Yup, the newer (Skylake and newer) machines use the VMD designation for that option.
