How acer fool their customers after selling the product acer nitro 5 .

I purchase acer nitro 5 on 22-08-2021 through offline store with 1 year warranty and on 21-07-2022 my laptop is stop working i raise a complain to repair my laptop share original invoice with them but acer customer support team told me that your laptop is out of warranty how can this possible its only 11 months old warranty period is 1 year but 1 year is not completed after sharing original invoice with dealer stamp and signature on that no help from company side they asked me charges applicable on repair but why i pay charges when my laptop is under warranty this is how acer company treat our customers after selling laptops.

    Go to this link. Choose country or region where machine was purchased. Click support link at top of country page. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID) and arrange for warranty service.

    Please go the website support.acer.com - chose your country  - scroll down - go to warranty Inquiry - type the snid -  It will provide you the warranty details.    

    If the warranty details are incorrect -  you can see an option below warranty details to submit the proof of purchase.   Please submit it.   They will update the warranty. 

    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.    Please contact them.   They will help you on the computer issue.
