Acer Swift X 14 Black Screen Issue upon start up

My laptop was bought 2 days ago. On the second night, I downloaded Genshin Impact and started playing. After a while, the screen froze, I pressed alt + tab and ctrl+alt+del but the screen was still frozen for sometime so I forced shut down my laptop. After waiting for a while, I tried to power it on but it’s just a black screen although the keyboard was lit. What I tried so far: Pressing the power off button for 10-30 seconds, connecting to external screen, battery reset thru the pinhole, let it rest pvernight, charged it, pressed keys like the F1-F12, windows crtl shift B, windows B/P. None of those worked.

Unplug charger. Gently insert a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for about a minute. Then plug the charger back in. Wait for battery charge LED to turn solid blue. Then try to turn laptop on again.

It's important to check that your computer and Windows are actually booting. To do this, press Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B. This command actually restarts your graphics driver—which might itself fix the black screen—but also emits a beep. If you hear a beep, then Windows is responsive
