Laptop under warranty in different country

Hello!

I bought my laptop in Spain, 24 August 2021. Now I notice the battery is dead, i.e. after 3 or 4 days off (unplugged), it goes from 80 % to 26 %). Moreover, the screen has a white band on one side. As far as I know I have a 1 year international warranty. I am now in Taiwan. My product was registered using SNID in the website from Spain website support. When I try to initiate a repair in the Taiwan site, it doesn't recognize the serial number or SNID. Please let me know how to proceed.

Thanks a lot in advance and Best Regards!

I took it to Acer Taipei City service on Monday, and they ended up changing the screen and battery, the latter they mentioned the battery was ok but they changed anyway. So I have to say the service was good, mustn't grumble at all. No charge as long as it's still under warranty.

Question is, is it possible that battery lastas something like 140 min while computer is kind of idle (no games, no videos, nothing, just screen on)?

    Thanks again and Best Regards

Thanks for your answer. I already contacted the support close to me here and they said I have to take it there, is not enough with S/N or SNID, they want to see. In principle the ITW should be applicable, but let's see what they say, so I will post here once I go.
