Model AN515-58
  • 12th Generation Intel® Core i5-12500H processor
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3050
  • 16 GB ram
When I installed and played GTA V the temp was normal and only goes up to 72(original settings). but for far cry 5, the temp went up to 91 in just 20-30 mins.(High settings) Is this normal ?? I just bought this last week.
the temps I mentioned are CPU. GPU never went over 70. So how can I control CPU temp

Edit: should I set the fan to the max every time I play or is there any speed setting for each temp. This is my first gaming laptop.

@bugsbuney it is fine as long as you don't experience any thermal throttling like sudden lagging or shuttering. You can get a laptop cooler or anything that can raise the laptop bottom for better heat transfer.
