PH315-52-74DX Black screen!!! issue

So, I tried contacting the support through chat and call but neither worked. If anyone know the solution please let me know.
My laptop is getting worse day by day. For last 2 days I was getting "Your system ran into a problem and needs to restart" after 2 to 3 mins of playing any game. It was happening in win 11. I thought maybe going back to win 10 would solve the problem.
But the same thing is happening in win 10 only the difference here is that it is not showing the same error again but a black screen. At this point I can't do anything but hold the power button and shut it down.
Today, I tried to monitor and temperature of my cpu and gpu while gaming but now Predator sense also start acting up. After logo animation the app closes it self. Nothing happens after restarting or shut down.
I tried resetting my windows, reinstalling Graphic drivers, installing win 10 from win 11, troubleshooting in advance option, reinstalling the game, Updating all drivers with pro Driver

    In the end, I gave my laptop for service in the nearest service center. I think the most likely problem is the old thermal paste.

    When my screen freezes, even though I can't click or open anything I can still hear the in game sounds.

    Did you try these steps to get closer to the issue? I suggest a clean new installation of Windows. Maybe there is a driver conflict or registry problem. Did you check your HDD or SSD for errors? Windows and BIOS is up to date?

    I've reinstalled windows multiple times but it does nothing. HDD and SSD are also working fine. I checked their health status with different apps and with inbuilt acer care app also.

    Have you opened the machine and checked whether all cable connections are tight? Also check whether the memory modules might have loosened. Pull them out once and push them back in. You have already checked everything possible. Maybe someone else here on the forum has an idea what else could be done. Otherwise, contact the support in your country or your local Acer service center.
  • I would try to disconnect the lition battery and then disconnect all devices (hdd, ssd, ram, wlan and etc). Then, test each component individually.
