How to trick Acer XB323U GP into displaying non-HDR content as HDR?

I have an Acer XB323U GP that I am running from a HDR-capable Windows machine (Dell Precision 3560).
I would like to trick the
XB323U into displaying non-HDR content as HDR. For example, if I set my windows desktop to a white background, how can I get it to display at 600 nits, which is the published max HDR brightness, instead of 400 nits, which is the published SDR max brightness?

Don't think you can manually. But if the monitor detects HDR content, it supposed to automatically adjust  SDR color tones to match those of the HDR content as closely as possible even though its dimmer so the human eye can hardly tell the difference. That's the claim anyway. How good is the claim? I'd probably need a side-by-side comparison to notice the difference.  :)
