Hello! In my Acer Quick Access app, when changing CoolBoost on/off state, I have this message popping up.

Translated it means "This device cannot be controlled". I had this feature working before (not too sure how long ago, probably around couple of months), but now it doesn't for some reason.
Speaking about possible causes, Windows has recently installed some updates (KB5015807), and I am really suspicious it is the reason why everything broke. I can recover from a backup if it is necessary.
I am ready to provide additional information on your request.

Uninstall quick access. Then download and re-install the January quick access update from this link.
