Ups and Downs of TDP

When performing a CPU-Z stress test, the TDP rises to 29 for 1-2 seconds (the temperature also rises to 90), then the TDP drops to 15 (the temperature also rises to 70), then again to 29 and so on. Is there any way to make the CPU's MAXIMUM TDP - 25-30?

Probably. But your A315-57G's processors probably wouldn't last too long because this is not considered a serious gaming laptop. Would like to risk burning the CPU/GPU out anyway?

You are right, it is risky, because it is only this tdp in syntetic tests, in real this wouldn't last long. But is there a way to change temperature cap from 90 to 80? I also saw videos, where in bios was menu with a lot of settings, but it was not in mine, how can i get it?

Is this passive trip point setting? And will factory defaults reset this "hidden" menus changes?

Here are the options i have. I only changed the "Passive Trip Point" from 95 to 79, tested it, but the temperature was still higher, so I changed it to 87. Does this "Passive Trip point" even work?

Open Control Panel. Search 'power plan'. Click 'edit power plan' in left pane. Choose advanced power plan settings in power plan screen. Expand 'process power  management'  folder. Reduce maximum processor state in 10% decrements. If it's now set to 100%, reduce to 90% and test temperatures.
