In Win-11 you only have 1x adjustment for Brightness, go to Search > type in Brightness and this should get you to "System > Display" at the top you have a Brightness adjustment which should work to reduce or increase brightness to different levels, If this does not work then its your laptops eDP screen cable (see caption below) that could be damaged or come lose with its connection to the motherboard or has some faults in its data strands, as this cable has 2x power cables and 4x data strands, pins and if the cable has any faults, that could be the most common fault as this cable is under allot of wear and tear when you open and close the top lid of your laptop as you should be able to adjust brightness levels from 0 to 100% as brightness has nothing to do with the gpu or any other things within your laptop.

The same problem! On the embedded video, the screen brightness is adjustable! I switch to RTX 3050TI, the screen brightness adjustment does not work! The display cord has nothing to do with it! Otherwise it wouldn't work in both cases. This is a software problem with the RTX 3050TI graphics card. The RTX card does not see the display at all. How to solve it? When will Nvidia resolve this issue? There is no brightness adjustment bar in the second screenshot
