Bluetooth uninstalled through Device Manager, unable to reinstall it Nitro AN517-41-R0CW..

Hi!

Bluetooth has been having issues for some time with my new PC, but if I re-enable Bluetooth through Device Manager, it starts working again. 

In an attempt to fix this issue for good, I uninstalled the drivers in Device Manager, scanned for hardware changes and restarted my PC. Now the only thing that shows up in the Bluetooth tab when I click "Show hidden devices" is "Generic Bluetooth Adapter". The Bluetooth troubleshooter says "Bluetooth is not available on this computer". 

I've tried downloading the driver (Bluetooth_MTK_1.3.15.141_W10x64_A) from this Acer website, but the driver is not installing. I run Install.cmd as administrator, and the CMD window pops up for a millisecond and then disappears. I've also tried running "Setup_Driver" which installs, but doesn't help the issue. 

My computer is Nitro AN517-41-R0CW.

You need to completely uninstall the old BT driver in Control Panel > Uninstall a program, before reinstalling the OEM Acer MTK_MT7921_BT_V1.3.15.141 driver for your AN517-41 and after installing this driver reboot the laptop and see if the driver is installed and the BT works? If not then press the F3 key to activate BT. You might also have the problem that Windows 10 has updated the Acer OEM driver and its not working with your AN517-41 BT (which is the problem that I'm having with brand new Intel BT drivers for my new AN515-56 and only the OEM Acer BT driver works and no Intel BT update driver works with my card, this is in Win-11) so try that as BT issues are very simple its either the driver or the actual card which rarely goes wrong so you need to have a look at the actual Wi-Fi/BT card (especially if you haven't used BT for a while in this laptop) so take the card out out clean its pins and the mobo plug pins and then connect it and make sure that both white/black antenna wires are plugged in properly and securely and see if this cards BT works, if not then its the actual card that needs replacing.
