Dear friend,
I see 2 slots of ram in my laptop's mainboard, current I installed 4GB DDR3L 12800S at slot 1, so I buy and install one more 4GB DDR3L 12800S at slot 2.
CPUZ showed it's 8GB total with dual channel but task manager only show 4GB, I'm also checked in BIOS and it's the same 4GB.
What can I do to get full 8GB?
Thanks a lot.

This is an early DDR3L mainboard which doesn't seem to be fully validated as guaranteed to work at 8GB for 4GB pairs from different manufacturers even if the sodimm specs seemed to be the same. It seems to require an identical closely-matched frequency pair of 4GB sodimms. This is not unusual for these mainboards. The only 8GB configuration that seems to avoid this matched-pair requirement  is a single 8GB DDR3L sodimm in one socket.
