Which Nitro 5 model do you have, like AN51x-xx. Go to your Nitro 5's model numbers Drivers & Manuals section and go to "Driver" then to the "Touchpad Driver" for your Nitro model it should be either a Synaptics or ELANTECH and download the appropriate driver and then follow this guide "How to Update and Reinstall Touchpad Drivers on Windows 10" of how to reinstall and delete drivers for your touchpad, if all this does not work then its the actual touchpad that is broken and you nee to replace it, if its under warranty then don't touch and/or open your laptop and let Acer fix this touchpad problem fro you.

    Hi @Abdelrahman_Sharaf

You can try to press Fn+F7 together to check if that makes any difference with the touchpad. If not then you can try to reinstall the touchpad drivers to check if that makes any difference.

NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the driver.

If that doesn't work them you can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.
